How to Book a Tour?

All prices listed on our website are quoted per person. You can easily book your tour with Morocco Outings online. Your personal information will always remain confidential and used only for the agreed bookings. We take all of your inquiries and preferences into consideration to design the most desirable tour for you.

You may contact us by email or phone through our reservations department, who are always ready to answer your questions and assist you during the arrangement process.

Once your tour is arranged and ready to proceed, a deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The deposit amount depends on the number of travelers and the necessary bookings, usually 25% of the total cost of your tour. Payment can be made easily through a secure online payment link (Credit/Debit cards), bank transfer, or Western Union. Once we receive your deposit, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

Before your arrival, we will provide you with detailed information about your tour, including hotel names, domestic transfers (if applicable), your driver/guide’s contact details, and your final itinerary. The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival in Morocco, directly to your tour guide, either in cash or by card (card payments are subject to an additional 3% bank fee).

Credit & Debit Cards

Payments can be made by either credit or debit card. Please note that card payments are subject to a 3% bank fee (except for deposits made online through our secure payment link).

Expenses not included in your tour package, such as international airfare, travel insurance, tipping, optional excursions, porters, and personal expenses, are your responsibility.

Most tourist shops, cafés, and restaurants in Morocco accept credit/debit cards, and ATMs are widely available, so it is not necessary to carry large amounts of cash.

Passports & Visas

Travelers visiting Morocco must ensure they meet visa requirements. Some nationalities can obtain visas on arrival, while others must apply in advance. Certain nationalities may not require a visa at all.

Please provide us with your nationality (as per your passport) so we can guide you on the correct procedure. Alternatively, you can check directly with the Moroccan embassy or consulate in your country.

If eligible, an E-Visa service is also available for citizens of specific countries, allowing you to apply online without visiting an embassy.

Important:

  • Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from your arrival date.
  • Visa fees are non-refundable, even if your application is unsuccessful.
  • Morocco Outings provides general advice, but it is your responsibility to check visa requirements with official authorities. We are not liable for any costs, damages, or losses caused by failure to obtain the correct documents.

Health & Recommendations

It is your responsibility to check vaccination requirements before traveling. While Morocco does not require specific vaccinations, the WHO and CDC recommend general vaccinations such as Hepatitis A & B, typhoid, rabies, and influenza.

Traveling in Morocco is generally safe, but we recommend following international health guidelines.

Tour Prices

Tour prices listed on our website are quoted per person in USD/EUR. Prices are indicative and not final until availability is confirmed. Final costs depend on the number of travelers, chosen package, dates, and accommodation availability.

Prices are based on the lowest available airfares and hotel rates at the time of publication. Closer to your travel date, availability may decrease, and costs may rise.

To secure the best prices, we recommend booking early. Once confirmed, your final price will not change – no hidden fees, charges, or taxes apply.

Accommodation

Prices are based on shared occupancy in double/twin rooms. If you prefer a specific bed configuration (double bed or twin beds), please inform us in advance. Requests are subject to availability and may incur additional supplements.

Our team will provide you with a list of recommended accommodations at the time of booking. Once confirmed, we will secure rooms of the chosen category or, if unavailable, offer equivalent alternatives.

In Morocco, hotel accommodation is typically on a bed & breakfast basis. Some desert camps and riads may provide half-board (breakfast & dinner). Luxury desert camps often include full board. Special requests such as room upgrades are subject to availability.

Please note: final hotel and domestic transfer arrangements are confirmed within 7 days before your arrival.

In Case of Natural Disasters

From time to time, facilities (hotels, restaurants, or optional tours) may become unavailable due to weather conditions, maintenance, or upgrades. We will inform you in advance of any changes.

In the event of natural disasters (such as floods, earthquakes, or epidemics), Morocco Outings will do its best to assist you and find suitable alternatives.

Abbreviations

Some commonly used abbreviations in Moroccan tourism:

  • PP: Per Person

  • HB: Half Board
  • FB: Full Board
  • AI: All-Inclusive
  • RO: Room Only
  • AD: Adult
  • CH: Child

Travelers with Disabilities or Medical Conditions

Travelers with disabilities are welcome in Morocco, and we will make every effort to ensure your journey is safe and comfortable. Please inform our operations team before booking if you or a family member has any disabilities or special needs, so we can provide the best options.

Many hotels and riads in Morocco offer accessibility features, but not all. Extra supplements may apply for special arrangements.

If you take specific medication, bring enough with you along with a prescription, as it may not be available locally under the same name.

For travelers with pre-existing conditions (such as diabetes, heart conditions, pregnancy, or mobility limitations), please consult your doctor before booking. Morocco Outings cannot provide medical advice, and it is your responsibility to assess your ability to travel safely.

If we cannot accommodate your needs, we will inform you honestly before confirming your booking.

Smoking Restrictions

In Morocco, many public areas, hotels, and restaurants provide designated smoking and non-smoking sections, ensuring comfort for all travelers. Even in traditional riads and desert camps, efforts are made to separate smoking areas from family-friendly or non-smoking areas to protect sensitive guests. We kindly ask you to respect these restrictions for the comfort of all visitors.

Special Requests

At Morocco Outings, we value each traveler’s uniqueness and welcome your special requests. Our goal is to provide you with a personalized and memorable journey.

We are happy to discuss any requests and advise you based on our extensive experience in Moroccan tourism. For example, some travelers may want to experience the overnight train from Marrakech to Tangier, but we usually recommend considering flights or private transfers instead, as trains may not provide the highest comfort—especially if traveling with children.

Whatever your request—whether a luxury desert camp upgrade, a private cooking class, or a customized detour—we will do our best to accommodate it and give you honest advice about what is recommended or not.

Transfers

All of our tour packages include transfers to and from the attractions listed in your itinerary. You may travel in private air-conditioned vehicles, 4×4 cars for desert tours, minibuses, or domestic flights depending on your chosen itinerary.

For certain experiences, transfers may also involve camel rides, horse carriages, or desert buggies. We always aim to use modern, comfortable vehicles and will inform you in advance of the duration and type of transfers included in your tour, so you have a clear overview of your journey before confirming your booking.
